Before I booked hotels, I worked in them. I studied Travel Industry Management, then spent more than ten years in luxury hotel operations on Oʻahu, most recently as a Director at a luxury resort. I looked after high-profile and ultra-high-net-worth guests. I coordinated the details they never saw, from arrivals and security to the requests no one else could know about. When something needed fixing, I fixed it before it became their problem. My clients get that same discretion and attention now, wherever they travel.

Do I need a full itinerary to work with you?
No. A lot of clients come to me with just a hotel in mind. Tell me where you want to stay and I’ll book it with everything my Fora and Virtuoso partnerships allow. If you want a full itinerary built out too, I do that as well.
Is there a fee to book through you?
No advisor fee on hotel bookings through preferred partner programs. Planning fee applies for full itineraries, based on trip length, travelers, and how much of the trip will be subsidized with points and miles.
Can you help with flights too?
Yes. I consult on using points and miles to book premium airfare, and have helped many clients get flights well beyond what they’d book on their own. For cash fares, a $50 ticketing fee per passenger applies.
Where are you based, and do you book worldwide?
I’m based in Hawai’i, Polynesian-owned, and I book hotels and trips worldwide, not just in Hawai’i.
